The cultivation
happens on limestone lands of medium paste, to a medium altitude of
100 m on the sea level. The olive trees extend along the area at the
foot of the mountain chain, in which the favorable exposure, the
healthiness of the air, the nature of the land and the vicinity of
the sea allow an optimal microclimate to the cultivation of the
olive tree.
